The Together with Veterans Program enlists rural veterans and their local partners to join forces to reduce Veteran suicide in their community.
We offer:
-Private Offices to assist Veterans in services enrollment
-Rooms for formal or social meetings
-Occupational activities space
Together With Veterans is an extension of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and carried out via collaboration between the Rocky Mountain MIRECC (Mental Illness Research, Education, and Clinical Center) for Suicide Prevention, the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education Behavioral Health Program (WICHE BHP), local Veterans, and other community stakeholders Funded by the Veterans Health Administration Office of Rural Health.
